♥ What you want going on in the drawing (will send WIPs).
♥ Provide references! Pictures would be best but if you can't provide those, please give me the lightest description you can that still lets me know what I need!

Please let people know who you commissioned & credit me.

》TERMS OF SERVICE《♥ You must be 18+ to order ANY commission from me. By ordering a commission from me, you are agreeing and confirming you are 18 years old or older.
♥ I am not responsible for rejected emotes or badges and will not be refunded. When commissioning me, be sure that your ideas meet the terms of service of the website you are uploading the art on.
♥ I may stream, create a video, etc. making your commission, if you don't want me to do so, please let me know beforehand.
♥ If you are using the commission for social media, please let me know so I can have the work sized properly. If not, it may be in a custom size that won't work for the website.

♥ I do not give permissions of editing or selling my art in any way, shape, or form;
♥ You do not have permission to make any of my artwork an NFT or use my artwork for AI.
♥ As the creator of my artwork, I retain the right to use any of my artworks as part of my portfolio on social media, or whatever else.
♥ I (Gumbychu) keep the rights of all my artwork and commissions unless stated otherwise;
♥ Commissions are for personal use only;
♥ Emotes and artwork may not be used on for-profit merchandise (shirts, stickers, etc.) unless otherwise stated.
